Caregiver / CNA – Job Description

We are a non-skilled and non-medical home care agency proudly serving Mississippi. Our mission is simple: support our clients in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity—while valuing and respecting the caregivers who make that possible. • Experience caring for elderly individuals
• Ability to follow care plans and provide clear, timely communication
• Mature, responsible, and reliable
• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Patient, compassionate, and professional demeanor

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Assist clients with grooming and dressing
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed
• Run errands, grocery shop, and provide transportation when required
• Assist with recreational and leisure activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or appearance
• Accurately document details of each visit

One year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we welcome caring individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
