Responsibilities- Adhere to the outlined care plan
- Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes
- Ensure quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assist with other duties as needed
- Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
- One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in the personal care home industry
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
