Lash Technician Trainer – Lead Esthetician​/Lead Cosmetologist

Lash Tech Experience Required.

• Lead and train lash stylists as part of an AMAZING team while continuing to provide lash and brow services to your existing client base

• Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $35,000 and $55,000 per year
• Bonue Plan based on studio objectives
• Flexible schedule (Full Time)
• Intensive eyelash application training (OFFSITE Corporate Training Certification)

• Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license)
• Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
• Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guests satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests
• Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training
• Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions
• Experience in leading organizational culture-embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
• Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
• Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
