About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer to join our team. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games and ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity in all dealings with customers and to adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Your ultimate goal will be to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Dealer or in a similar role
• Excellent math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a variety of table games
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Responsibilities:

• Operating table games in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity in all dealings with customers
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Assisting with the training of new Dealers as required

Skills:

As a Dealer, you will use your excellent math skills to accurately calculate payouts and ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in a fair and efficient manner. You will also use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers. Additionally, your knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures will be essential in ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Finally, your ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible gaming experience.
