Service Greeter

Lakeland Automall i s currently seeking an individual that enjoys interacting with others to become a Greeter for our Service Department. As a Service Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the Dealership, checking vehicles in, referring customer to an Advisor, and parking vehicle to await repairs.

• Greet customers when they arrive in Service Department
• Check in vehicle and put covers on seats and steering wheel and place mats on floor
• Drive and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Retrieve vehicles for guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in inclement weather
