• Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes.
• Develop processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs.
• Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost‑saving measures.
• Suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience.
• Proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands‑on" environment.
