Average Daily Census:
Hospitalists manage an average daily census of 25 patients, ensuring comprehensive care and attention to individual patient needs. Intensive Care Unit:
The facility boasts a 9-bed ICU, with plans to expand to 15 beds in April, providing critical care services to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. Emergency Department:
Collaborate with the emergency department team in a Level Three Trauma Center, managing a 20,000 annual ED volume across 16 ED beds. Telehealth Coverage:
Hospitalists provide 12 hours of telehealth nocturnist coverage, ensuring continuous care and support for patients during overnight hours. Shift

Schedule:

Enjoy a 7 on 7 off rotation with 24-hour shifts, providing flexibility and work-life balance for physicians. Specialty Services:

Qualifications:

Board Certification:
Physicians must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine, with 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required. Procedural

Skills:

While procedures are preferred, they are not required. Physicians should have the ability to manage vents and provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients. EMR

Experience:

Familiarity with EMR systems, including Allscripts SCM (transitioning to Epic in April), is beneficial for efficient patient care and documentation.
