The incoming Nephrologist will benefit from an income guarantee, providing financial stability while engaging in a fulfilling mix of inpatient and outpatient duties.

The anticipated call schedule is structured at 1:6, allowing for a balanced workload and fostering a collaborative environment within the practice.
