- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers about communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
- Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- A proactive approach to customer engagement
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
