Customer Service
:
- Ensures excellent customer services
- Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staffs, and guests
- Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested.
- Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
- Performs all related new member responsibilities.
- Performs point of sale and pro shop operation.
- Schedules new member enrollment appointments
- Responsible for providing information on all special programs for
- individual and corporate memberships.
- Accountable for providing information on individual and corporate memberships.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with management, professionals, and general public.
- Experience in customer service.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude.
- Basic computer and clerical skills.
