LAMB IFS is a State Farm contracted corporation serving east central Mississippi and west central Alabama, located just south of Starkville and west of Louisville. Our primary goal is helping individuals and businesses protect their assets while helping them prepare for the future through a suite of investment products and services.

Role Overview

This is an entry-level full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Macon, MS. Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The Customer Care Professional acts as a direct point of contact, providing courteous and efficient service while maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback. A proactive approach to improving customer experience and supporting team goals is expected.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
  • Willingness to obtain a property and casualty insurance license (or already licensed)
  • Proficiency in customer support and handling inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear and professional interactions
  • Effective analytical skills to evaluate situations and implement appropriate solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is preferred
  • Positive attitude in all circumstances
  • Problem‑solving mindset with common‑sense solutions
