As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will support the business in executing the materials receiving, warehousing, and lineside delivery of required materials to meet the production schedule. You will work closely with the Dev Ops and FRP production groups as well as the Supply Chain Organization.
You will report directly to the MCH Site Leader.

• Process Optimization – Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Anduril’s Manufacturing System (AMS). Identify process waste and implement solutions to move your department toward a more efficient execution model.
• Budget & Cost Control – Help create and monitor department budgets, track progress, and focus on operational cost reduction.
• Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and solutions. Directly engage with peers to gain support for changes to your department’s processes.
• Resource Management – Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to successfully implement AMS. Drive required training completion and cross‑functional training within your department.
• Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could impact AMS implementation and maintenance.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Coordinate between Operations functional teams and supporting organizations.

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations focused on material floor operations support of a production facility.
• Strong understanding of lean material flow, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Experience leading people.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and technology insertion within a Materials Organization.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

• Experience in a manufacturing operations facility with multiple functional roles (Production, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations Quality).
• Experience with value stream mapping, line balancing, time study, and organizational repurposing.
• Experience leading a multi‑shift department.

US Salary Range: $87,000 – $116,000 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers and are part of Anduril's total compensation package.
