Pay range is based on highly qualified candidates whose flag production meets or exceeds the established production standards:

Locations: McKinney, Plano, Lewisville, Corinth |
Schedule: Full-time, flexible

• Diagnose and repair late‑model autos/light trucks using OEM procedures and scan tools
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and quality control road tests
• Document findings and recommendations with accuracy and speed
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Valid ASE or Manufacturer Certification (required)
• Minimum three years of dealer‑level experience
• Post‑secondary automotive training
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Verifiable technical performance record
• Strong communication and interpersonal/computer skills
