Traditional hybrid (Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Fridays)
Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $27/hr.
- $29/hr.
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Administrative Assistant to support leadership at the client site. This is an onsite-first role that requires strong administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and conference room scheduling
- Coordinate onsite meetings, events, and food/catering orders
- Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase orders using Coupa
- Handle email communications and scheduling via Outlook
- Create, edit, and format professional presentations using Power Point
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain documents, shared drives, reports, and administrative records
- Serve as a professional and approachable liaison between leaders, teams, and visitors
- Support a diverse group of stakeholders with varying management styles
- Strong Administrative Experience (5+ years)
- Proven ability to manage calendars, conference rooms, food orders, expense reports, and daily office operations
- Highly Social & Communicative
- Comfortable interacting with leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong cultural awareness and relationship-building skills
- Email & Office Tools Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Coupa, and PowerPoint is mandatory
- 5+ years of professional administrative experience (education not required)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Willingness to work onsite in Mississippi
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Budget or expense management experience
- Background in fast-paced corporate or distribution environments
- Prior experience in a large, matrixed organization is a plus
