Warehouse Associate and Raymond Reach Operator Day Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a leading biotechnology firm in Mississauga. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of physical material handling and strong digital literacy. While a forklift certification is required, the role is primarily focused on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and system data entry.

Location:

Mississauga, ON (Argentia Rd.)

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Utilize the Raymond Reach forklift for approximately 5% of the daily workflow (primarily for high-rack replenishment).
General Labor:
Pallet wrapping, labeling, kitting, and maintaining a "Clean Room" standard warehouse environment (95% of the role).

Mandatory Certification:
Must possess a valid, current Forklift License explicitly covering Raymond Reach.

Must have a valid Forklift License (Raymond Reach).

Must have some prior experience operating a Reach truck.

Must be highly comfortable with computers (SAP knowledge is a major plus).

Ideal "Day Shift"

Hours:

The 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM schedule is a "goldilocks" shift—it avoids the earliest morning rush and gets you home in time for dinner. No weekends or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
Order Picking:
Accurately pull biotechnology supplies and clinical products using RF scanners and pick sheets.

Inventory & Systems:
Perform frequent data entry and inventory tracking. High computer savvy is required for this role.

Equipment Operation:
Utilize the Raymond Reach forklift for approximately 5% of the daily workflow (primarily for high-rack replenishment).

Shipping & Receiving:
Loading and unloading trailers using manual and electric pump trucks.

General Labor:
Pallet wrapping, labeling, kitting, and maintaining a "Clean Room" standard warehouse environment (95% of the role).

Qualifications
Certification:
Valid Forklift License (Raymond Reach).

Technical

Skills:

Must be highly proficient with computers. Previous experience with SAP is considered a major asset.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for coordinating with the logistics team.

Physicality:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for an 8-hour shift.

Reliability:
Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
