Heavy General Labourer

Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Heavy General Labourers in Mississauga, ON. This is an opportunity that can lead to a permanent position with one of the top logistic companies in Canada! In this position you will play an essential role in supporting daily warehouse and material-handling operations. This position involves performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and organizing inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly by maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following established procedures. You should be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
• Start date: Immediate
• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Job Type: Temp to Perm | Full-time

General Labour Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
• Load and unload materials manually or with basic warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment as required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines to minimize hazards and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Perform additional general labour and warehousing duties as assigned by supervisors

General Labour Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (asset but not required).
• Basic computer skills for scanning, inventory tracking, or warehouse systems.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions, work to deadlines, and collaborate with team members.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
