About the Role
We are hiring a Training Coordinator / Warehouse Training Specialist to lead operational training in a distribution warehouse. This role is hands-on and floor-based, with a strong focus on SAP S/4

HANA, warehouse processes, safety, and compliance.

You will act as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for SAP and warehouse operations, ensuring teams are trained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain warehouse training programs (Receiving, Shipping, Picking, Replenishment, Inventory)

• Train employees on SAP S/4

HANA and operational best practices

• Support new hire onboarding and refresher training

• Promote health & safety, food safety, and SQF compliance

• Investigate operational errors (short ships, inventory issues, system errors)

• Track training completion, maintain records, and report on compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Specialist, or Operations Trainer

• Strong SAP experience is mandatory (S/4

HANA preferred)

• Background in warehouse, food distribution, logistics, or CPG

• Experience delivering hands-on, classroom, or system training

• Knowledge of SQF / food safety standards
