Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in a stable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments using manual or powered equipment
• Receive, label, and stock incoming products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
• Operate handheld scanners and follow system-based workflows
• Follow health & safety regulations and wear required PPE
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation
• Report product discrepancies or damage to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labour role is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift license or certification (e.g., counterbalance, walkie, reach)
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed
• Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics distribution centers
