Job Description
The Scooper will monitor the inside and inner curb of the terminals looking for individuals soliciting transportation which is not governed and approved by the GTAA. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Being alert and observant while being outside, standing or walking for an extended period of time in all weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Excessive Heat & Cold, etc.)

Enforce airport regulations with respect to scooper activity utilizing operational techniques for interdiction & interception.

Avoid direct contact with Scooper and don't engage in confrontation

Inform passenger and advise where GTAA authorized Taxi or Limo stands are located on the curb

Raise awareness and educate passengers of offered Ground Transportation Services – “Choose the right ride.”

Predominately the focus is to capture the interior of the terminals, specifically within the International and Domestic gates. Guard may venture towards the Inner Curb (GTO) but must refrain from going to the outer curb unless directed

Enforce the "Traffic on Land Side of Airports Regulations", as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time (collectively the 'TLSARs
