SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide end-to-end support to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers, including pre-flight arrangements, in-flight coordination, and post-flight follow-up.Prepare accurate flight routing and itineraries, ensuring compliance with crew duty time and rest regulations per SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).Coordinate customs scheduling and notifications; pre-alert customs and immigration agencies for confirmed flights.Secure foreign government landing and overflight permits, and arrange international handling as required.Implement operational changes to flight schedules, including revising arrangements and sourcing replacement aircraft in collaboration with Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Client Account Managers.Monitor airport conditions, weather, airspace, and ATC restrictions; communicate updates to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers.Conduct risk assessments for new or high-risk destinations in partnership with management and Flight Crew.Support charter sales by assisting with trip quotes and route planning for safe and efficient travel.Validate aircraft and crew positions; confirm Minimum Equipment List (MEL) status.Track flight progress and provide operational updates as needed.Complete post-trip duties, including reviewing flight logs, conducting retrospectives, and updating client profiles.Support Lead pilot with crew expensesQUALIFICATIONS AND
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in aviation management, business administration, or equivalent experience.Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.Previous experience in business aviation is preferred.Knowledge and experience with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-pressure environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailHighly adaptable to change and working under pressure.Team player with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be available on-call during client flights.Benefits:
