What You'll Do

Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments

Review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation

Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues

Monitor emails and respond promptly to requests

Perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Report any discrepancies to your supervisor

Take initiative and assist with other duties as needed

What You'll Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Fast and accurate typing skills

Strong attention to detail and logical thinking

A proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism

The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Previous experience in customs brokerage is preferred, but not required
