I am looking for a licensed electrician in Mississauga to perform an inspection of my basement apartment in order to obtain an ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) certificate. This inspection is required as part of the process to legalize the basement apartment. If you are certified and have experience with ESA inspections and the requirements for legal secondary units, please contact me.
I am looking to get this done as soon as possible.
