Position Overview
A Parts & Service Support Representative to support and grow our parts and service business across an assigned territory. This role is a customer-facing, field-based position focused on building strong relationships, supporting existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating parts and service solutions.
This position works closely with our internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support an assigned customer territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and customers
• Identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales
• Prepare and follow up on parts and service quotations
• Assist customers with product selection, availability, and lead times
• Coordinate with internal service and parts teams to resolve customer needs
• Track customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting
• Support overall sales and service initiatives as required
Qualifications & Experience
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, parts support, inside/outside sales, or a related role
• Experience in transportation, transit, heavy equipment, or specialty vehicles considered an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
