Regional Sales Manager
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (covering Ontario & Maritime Provinces)
Department: Sales
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across Ontario and the Maritime provinces. Based in Mississauga, this role is responsible for driving new business, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners.



Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Development
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities and position our products effectively.
  • Sales Leadership
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and product solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Regularly travel within Ontario and the Maritimes to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Client & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to promote brand visibility.
  • Reporting & Strategy
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
  • Work closely with senior management to refine growth strategies and identify priority markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Qualifications
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development within industrial products, machinery, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
