As an Industrial Construction Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team based in the Eastern Greater Toronto Area and reporting to the Ontario Specialty Sales Manager
.

Act as the main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our end users

Visit a variety of end user job sites and tools cribs in assigned region

Assist sales team at distribution sales events, developing new contacts, and closing sales

Build and maintain relationships with end users and internal sales team

Coordinate and manage of top customer purchasing

Support our distribution network as it pertains to large user needs

Develop new business within assigned region

College or University graduate

Experience in sales and/or marketing, with a record of demonstrated achievements

Willingness to travel

Ability to work some weekends as needed

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Creativity and strategic thinking skills

Proficiency with computer software including MS Word and Outlook

Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract

Anticipated compensation for this role is $50, in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 15% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives.
