About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for generating leads from various resources. Specifically:

  • conduct market research to identify potential commercial van customers, including businesses, organizations, and industries that require commercial vehicles.
  • generate and qualify leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and using online resources.
  • maintain a database of potential and existing customers, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the commercial van offerings
  • negoti­ate sales or leasing terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • coordinate with the sales team and management to develop competitive pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • prepare and submit regular sales reports, including lead status, sales activities, and closed deals.
  • use CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.
  • work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
  • participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:

  • 2 years proven experience in sales or Business Development (automotive industry preferred)
  • strong negotiation and closing skills to secure and achieve targets
  • ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • proficiency working with CRM systems (ie. One Eighty) is an asset
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
