Responsibilities

Support the continuous development and improvement of the corporate quality management system (QMS)

Develop and implement strategies to promote consistent execution of the quality program across the company

Train and mentor employees on the corporate quality management system and program initiatives

Help aggregate and analyze quality performance data from across the business

Work with various quality leaders and business units to develop area‑specific strategies to improve quality performance

Drive innovation in the quality program by leveraging emerging technologies, advanced tools, and data‑driven insights

Contribute to company initiatives that support continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing

Provide quality management support to select high risk projects

Qualifications

5+ years of construction quality management experience

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

Experience and exposure to a wide range of project types is an asset
