Finishing & Fabrication Specialist – Digital Printing – Mississauga, ON

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Finishing & Fabrication Specialist (Bindery Operator) who will be responsible for post‑press production including cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and more.

• Set up and operate finishing and bindery equipment (cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, laminators, mounting machines).
• Operate mailing technology including postage meters, inserters, and addressing equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy; make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of bindery and mailing equipment.
• Handle print items ranging from small cards to large‑format displays (up to 4ft x 8ft).
• Maintain accurate records of production and mailing activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bindery, finishing, or fabrication roles.
• Proficiency in operating bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, laminators).
• Experience with mailing technology (postage meters, inserters, addressing systems).
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex) is an asset.

• Experience in a fast‑paced print production environment.
• Knowledge of large‑format finishing and display fabrication.
