Our District Sales Managers work hard to provide strategic growth for the region as well as develop, mentor and train a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They use their expert industry knowledge to maintain and grow key accounts as well as setting up their team for success.
They are passionate about leading teams and realize when everyone successes Federated Insurance successes. Working with the senor leadership team they are responsible for their regions strategic plan, budget and recruitment strategy.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $142,000 plus commission, which reflects the expected base pay and comission– not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
