. This is a professional, full-time role focused on accuracy, compliance, and team supervision within settlement and accounts processes.
Supervisor – Settlement
In this position, you’ll oversee weekly settlement activities and ensure all earnings, deductions, and reimbursements align with contractual agreements. You’ll supervise department employees, review variance and error reports, and ensure accurate data flow between ACCOPS and CDAS
. You’ll also act as a key support resource for settlement, accounts payable, and administrative issues.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and process weekly settlements for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents
- Process adjustments, reimbursements, and deductions to settlements
- Review daily error and variance reports and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure settlement calculations align with contractual rates
- Reconcile accounts associated with settlements (e.g. deductions)
- Audit settlements, accessorials, and additional settlement activities
- Supervise, train, and support department employees
- Provide education and support on the CDAS system to internal and external users
- Support issue resolution related to Settlement, Accounts Payable, and Administration
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Education: Post-secondary diploma
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of business experience
- Knowledge of the LTL industry
- Strong time management
, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and collaboration skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/French preferred (required in Quebec)
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and applications
