Project Manager
Location:

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager in the Capital Markets sector, where you'll leverage your expertise to drive successful project execution across various functions. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong background in project management and capital markets experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Strong program management and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in capital markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, organized approach
- 5 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in strategic project management
- Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle across products and asset classes
- Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Sales, and Technology teams
- Strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced or STEM degree preferred
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Project Management certifications, e.g., PMP or equivalent, a plus
- Data analytics and SQL skills are a plus
- Support the Markets Transformation Initiative leads to drive execution of strategic deliverables
- Lead or participate in working groups, workshops, and other ad hoc sessions with senior business stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and draft relevant project documentation with business and technology partners
- Provide guidance and support on business initiatives to ensure alignment with strategy
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverable progress and ensure clarity across stakeholders
- Maintain strong documentation and organizational skills including meeting minutes and action logs
