Work
Be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. Be a subject‑matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions across your immediate team and other teams. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada.

What you need

Minimum 5 years of Oracle SCM experience with expertise in Order Management.

Minimum 3 years Oracle Cloud experience with 2–3 of the following modules, emphasizing Order Management:
Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Configurator, Planning Central, Global Order Promising.

Minimum of 2 full life‑cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud Order Management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or Associate Degree with minimum 6 years of work experience).

Bonus Points if

Oracle Cloud Certification.

Creative problem‑solving skills.

Strong project management and delivery experience.

Ability to earn client trust and partner on business process design, lead configuration workshops, identify gaps, RICEW, design functionality and test plans, and perform testing.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation varies by office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Base pay range:
British Columbia/Ontario $82,600 to $132,600. Information on benefits is available here.

Mississauga (preferred). Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office.
