Responsibilities:
Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teamsassist business lines to articulate KPIs and translate KPIs to a measurement plan to develop tracking/tagging strategies for measuring online metrics.

Program Manager Equivalent of BS/ MS.Planmonitor govern and review a program(largemedium size ) covering multiple service lines WITH the objective of achieving the defined benefits for the larger program WITHIN client guidelines as per estimated timelinesbudgetary constraints and quality metrics
Program consists of multiple work streams with a clear target / KPI set by a client (i.e. this is a MEASURABLE outcome / output for the client).Charter

The annual salary for this position is between $[110k ] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
