Reporting to the Vice President, Advanced Technology, you will be a member of the Advanced Technology / Applied Research team at Point Click Care . You are an exceptionally talented Principal Applied Scientist/Researcher in Natural Language Processing with a strong AI and Machine Learning background, looking to make a difference solving critical customer and business challenges in the dynamic healthcare market by building cutting-edge solutions leveraging multiple kinds and sources of data with a variety of machine learning and natural language based workflow enhancing, decision support, predictive or other solutions to be deployed  thrive on working independently and in close collaboration with others solving complex natural language processing, AI and machine learning modelling challenges, applying creative and pragmatic solutions--from framing problems to preparing data, to selecting appropriate techniques, algorithms and features to prototyping, building and evaluating models that will truly transform healthcare and enable our customers to deliver exceptional care to the aging population.
Responsibilities:
· You will be applying NLP including GenAI and other AI/ML techniques to develop model systems and solutions, collaborating across functions to scale and integrate advanced solutions into successful end user experiences in large-scale cloud based SaaS production environments for healthcare.
· You will be working with product leaders, clinical informaticists, data scientists, UI/UX researchers and designers, other AI and machine learning and domain experts, engineering teams and others, including work with customers and users who are healthcare professionals.
· Design, build and evaluate solutions that may involve structured or unstructured data including speech or natural language for healthcare use cases, delivering capabilities such as summarization, predictive models, recommenders, semantic search, extraction, classification or other NLP, AI or machine learning based techniques.
