As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end RFX process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies, and providing strategic procurement advice in alignment with public sector procurement policies. You will work closely with IT teams and key technology vendors to lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate pricing, and ensurepliance with procurement standards, legislation, and contract law.

A key part of this role involves offering proactive procurement services that support business units in achieving their goals while maintainingpliance andernance.

You MUST have experience working in the public sector to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in IT procurement and contract management, with a proven ability to work independently and leadplex negotiations. You should be highly skilled in RFx processes and contract drafting, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual terms.

Exceptionalmunication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are essential. Experience in promoting the strategic value of procurement within an organization is also highly valued.
