This is a hands-on, platform-oriented role. Track and resolve defects; ensure post-deployment verification.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain clear, consistent documentation in Azure Dev Ops, including linked tasks and test cases.

Contribute to release notes, training materials, and platform usage guides.

Proactively suggest UI/UX improvements and process optimizations that enhance agent productivity.

Qualifications
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within Salesforce environments.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (opportunity management, pipeline optimization, lead conversion, and sales enablement).

Proven ability to configure Salesforce declaratively using Flow, Validation Rules, and Lightning tools.

Experience supporting all stages of the SDLC within Agile teams.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and relationships.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder facilitation experience.
