What We’re Looking For
This is a unique opportunity to join a world class marketing team in a people manager role. As SOTI continues to grow, we need to reach more potential customers in the digital realm in innovative and effective ways with the main focus of driving closed/won new business. We are looking for a proactive individual with hands on experience in the major digital marketing platforms and a history of driving business through online marketing efforts.
The right candidate will lead SOTI’s paid media and digital acquisition strategy, grow our online marketing footprint, and drive high quality leads for the business globally. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is analytical and numbers focused and who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting hands on with campaigns while also managing and coaching a small team.

What You’ll Do
Leadership and strategy
Lead the paid media and performance marketing function, including directly managing Sr. Paid Search and other digital specialists
Own the strategy, planning and execution of SOTI’s paid digital programs to drive marketing qualified leads and pipeline globally
Own channel and campaign level budgets, forecasts and pacing, ensuring spend is aligned to targets and ROI
Paid search and paid media
Oversee and support the build, launch and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and other major search platforms
Oversee and support the build, launch and optimization of campaigns in other paid channels, including paid social, display and You Tube, with a focus on lead generation and ROI
Develop and implement a structured testing roadmap for ads, audiences, bids and landing pages, and share clear learnings and recommendations
Proactively seek out and recommend new digital channels such as review sites, podcast networks and sponsor ships that can drive qualified leads efficiently
Measurement, optimization and operations
Regularly monitor all paid digital marketing activities, optimize toward agreed KPIs such as CPL, AOV, and ROAS, and provide clear reporting and insight to stakeholders
Partner with Web Team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution, including tags, pixels, cookies, conversion events and audience lists
Work with internal regional teams, including Sales Development and Sales, to continuously improve lead quality, follow up and close rates from digital campaigns and to build feedback loops into campaign optimization
