About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as Digital Solutions Manager – Transportation
. In this role, you will define, prioritize, and deliver new digital capabilities that create measurable value for clients and the business. You will own the problem space, desired outcomes, and capability roadmap, delivering new capabilities through the transport management platform in close partnership with platform, solutions, and operations teams. You will be accountable for ensuring the right capabilities are built on the platform and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own capability scope, sequencing, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery teams understand what is being built, why it matters, and the outcomes it must achieve.

  • Create, curate, and maintain a prioritized capability backlog aligned to business value and outcomes.

  • Continuously refine backlog items to enable efficient execution, clear delivery commitments, and informed trade-offs across competing priorities.

  • Partner closely with platform managers, engineering, design, and operations to take capabilities from concept through delivery.

  • Actively manage risks, clarify requirements, and make timely scope and priority decisions to ensure progress toward agreed outcomes.

  • Lead release-level planning for new capabilities, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

  • Define success metrics upfront and assess post-release performance to inform iteration, optimization, and future investment decisions.

  • Support launch readiness, internal enablement, and adoption of delivered capabilities.

  • Gather qualitative feedback and performance data to guide rapid iteration, enhancement, or de-prioritization decisions based on realized value.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles with demonstrated responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital capabilities in cross-functional environments.

  • Experience supporting, evolving, or operating shared platforms used by multiple internal and external stakeholders within a SaaS or technology-enabled environment.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational needs into clearly defined and prioritized capability outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience making prioritization decisions under competing business, technical, and operational constraints.

  • Capability backlog ownership and roadmap planning experience.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:

    College/University degree preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

  • Product management, Agile, Scrum or related certifications are preferred.

  • Experience delivering capabilities on shared or platform-based systems.

  • Strong partnership with solutions and technical teams, including comfort working with architectural and delivery constraints.

  • Data-informed decision-making, outcome definition, and value tracking experience.
