You will work alongside SOTI’s partners, which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Senior Database Developer to support the growing database demand within the XSight engineering team and to build critical knowledge redundancy alongside our current senior database SME. This role will focus on database-centric development and architecture, helping design, optimize, and scale the data layer behind our platform.

The position sits within the SOTI XSight product team - an intelligent diagnostics and support solution that provides organizations with full visibility into their mobile devices and enables proactive issue detection and resolution in real time. Integrated with SOTI Mobi Control and part of the SOTI ONE Platform, XSight combines advanced analytics, remote support, and device management to power reliable, cost-efficient, business-critical mobile operations.

You will play a key role in strengthening the platform’s data architecture, performance, and scalability as the product continues to grow. What You’ll Do Gather and analyze functional requirements, and translate those into specific technical tasks Guide team on cloud technologies and contribute toward compliance with cloud best practices Identify, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and overall impact Assist leads in execution and provide module-level leadership Ideate and collaborate with multiple product teams for cross-product integrations Identify, handle, and fix non-functional requirements related to performance and security Write well-designed, scalable, reliable, testable, and reusable code by using best software development practices, clean cod,e and solid principles Provide leadership on the implementation of software solutions in C# and .NET
