Job Description:

End-to-End Ownership of Policy Configuration

• Lead configuration and customization of Sapiens Policy Pro (P&C) modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, system-driven solutions.
• Ensure optimal product setup including coverages, rating logic, formulas, and interfaces.

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Provide architectural inputs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Guide and mentor junior configurators/developers.
• Review designs and configurations to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive best practices in configuration and integration.

Strong Insurance Domain Alignment

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accurate product modeling.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.

Integration & System Ecosystem Ownership

• Lead integration efforts between Sapiens Policy Pro and external systems using REST APIs and microservices.
• Work closely with database teams leveraging Oracle DB for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure seamless data flow across upstream and downstream systems.

Production Stability & Support

• Own production issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure minimal downtime and high system reliability.
• Support 24x7 operational needs when required.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Communication

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Provide accurate effort estimation and timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
