What is the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead and scale our email and lifecycle marketing function as Senior Manager, Email Marketing. Define strategic vision while ensuring flawless execution in a complex, fast-paced environment. Leverage data-driven insights, creative thinking, and best-in-class technology to shape customer engagement throughout their journey. Guide a growing team, influence senior stakeholders, and own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem that powers millions of customer interactions.
What will you do
- Set Email & Lifecycle Marketing Strategy, translating enterprise and line-of-business objectives into scalable lifecycle programs and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention across the customer journey.
- Act as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Establish platform governance, best practices, and a clear roadmap for automation and personalization.
- Lead Campaign Execution & Creative Quality, overseeing end-to-end execution of email campaigns and lifecycle journeys, from intake to launch.
- Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of email and marketing professionals. Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development and growth. - Act as a trusted marketing partner to business, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders, translating stakeholder needs into effective email and lifecycle solutions.
- Measure Performance & Drive Optimization:
Define success metrics and KPIs for email and lifecycle marketing programs. Monitor performance and use insights to optimize campaigns and journeys continuously. Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
What Do You Need to Succeed
Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation, segmentation, and data integration
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience overseeing email creative and copy, with sound judgment on messaging, tone, and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leaders
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Nice To Have
- Experience operating in large, complex, or regulated organizations
- Strong analytical background with experience building dashboards, testing frameworks, or lifecycle measurement models
- Experience designing bilingual or localized lifecycle strategies at scale
- Background in digital, performance, or growth marketing environments
- Fluency in French

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
