The role ensures all applications and services meet organizational quality standards and align with end-user requirements.

This position requires a strong Test Lead capable of managing complex projects, coordinating integration and end-to-end testing, and supporting Application Suite Quality Engineers (QEs).

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies aligned with organizational standards.

• Perform quality planning, test design, and test execution activities.

• Conduct risk-based testing to optimize coverage and efficiency.

• Lead integration and end-to-end (E2E) test planning.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.

• Execute performance testing and ensure system reliability.

• Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage test data and test environment strategies.

• Lead complex testing initiatives with multiple dependencies.

• Mentor and guide Application Suite QEs.

• Ensure quality metrics, reporting, and governance standards are met.

• Collaborate closely with development, product, and Dev Ops teams.

• Utilize Jira for test tracking, defect management, and reporting.

• Risk-based testing methodologies.

• Test automation strategy and framework implementation.
