We are hiring an Enterprise CCM Technical Architect to lead large-scale Customer Communications Management (CCM) transformations powered by the Quadient Inspire platform. This role is responsible for defining scalable document architecture, driving enterprise integrations, and ensuring high-performance, compliant, and future‑ready communication solutions.

You will act as the technical authority across complex CCM programs — shaping solution design, guiding distributed engineering teams, and partnering with business and enterprise stakeholders to deliver mission‑critical communication systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design

Design scalable, modular, and reusable document composition frameworks using Quadient Inspire.

Convert complex business requirements into structured, high-performance CCM architectures.

Define data models, composition workflows, output strategies, and multi-channel delivery frameworks.

Review and approve technical designs to ensure architectural integrity and compliance with enterprise standards.

Technical Leadership & Governance

Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight across onshore and offshore teams.

Establish development standards, best practices, and implementation guidelines for CCM solutions.

Conduct code reviews, design validations, and technical audits to maintain solution quality.

Identify and mitigate architectural risks, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

Integration & Enterprise Alignment

Architect integrations between Quadient Inspire and enterprise ecosystems including CRM, core systems, data warehouses, and digital platforms.

Define API, data transformation, and message orchestration strategies.

Ensure seamless upstream and downstream system connectivity.

Oversee performance tuning, scalability planning, and production deployment readiness.

Estimation & Delivery Oversight

Lead solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical feasibility analysis.

Support roadmap planning and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

Participate in client workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and milestone reviews.

Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Required Expertise

Extensive hands‑on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite.

Deep understanding of CCM architecture, document composition, data mapping, and multi-channel output management.

Strong proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and related scripting technologies.

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale integrations.

Ability to lead distributed teams and provide clear architectural direction.

Strong communication skills with experience engaging business and technical stakeholders.

Experience preparing accurate solution estimates and supporting project planning.

Willingness to travel for client workshops and delivery milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or healthcare.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and version control systems.

Consulting or client‑facing implementation experience.
