Your New Role
As a
Senior IT Business Consultant, you will act as a strategic liaison between business units and IT, managing small to medium-sized projects and delivering end-to-end digital solutions. You’ll oversee planning, design, development, and implementation of user-friendly enhancements, while harmonizing business processes across multiple departments. Reporting to the
Manager, Digital Business Consulting, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners (local, regional, HQ), procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

University degree in IT, Industrial/Economic Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.

5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with strong expertise in implementing digital solutions in
sales and customer service domains.

Expert knowledge of
Master Data Management,
Procure-to-Pay,
Order-to-Cash, and
Financial Accounting
processes.

3+ years of experience as a
project manager
and
business consultant.

Ability to work on intercultural projects and within diverse teams.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, andmunication skills; able to translateplex technical concepts into business terms.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy and up to date with current technology and trends.

Certifications such as
PMP,
Certified Scrum Master, or
Product Owner
are an asset.
