• Licensed or eligible to practise in Ontario (CPSO)

• CFPC certification or recognised pathway (e.g., MRCGP/MICGP/RACGP/ACRRM/DABFM)

• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach

• Interest in chronic disease, women’s health, procedures, or preventative care an asset

• Billings up to C $750,000/year under FHG/FFS/blended models
