In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is seeking dedicated, caring, and reliable Live‑In Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers to provide 24-hour, in‑home support to clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Location:

Mississauga, ON (client homes)
Shift: Live‑In – 24‑hour shifts

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)

• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

• Offer medication reminders and support daily routines
• Complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team

• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurance
• Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well‑being

• PSW Certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience as a live‑in caregiver
• CPR/First Aid Certification required
• Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) or Non‑Violent Crisis Prevention preferred
• Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A second language is an asset
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations
• Strong commitment to client safety, dignity, and respect
