Senior Marketing Manager Orthopaedics – Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Position Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Director in Canada and leads the strategic portfolio for Orthopaedics. The role drives revenue growth, profitability, and achieves budget targets.
Responsibilities- Formulate portfolio strategy and roadmap.
- Create launch plans and marketing programs to inspire and motivate the sales team to meet annual revenue targets.
- Lead strategic initiatives for assigned product portfolio, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee local product launches and develop marketing campaigns.
- Provide sales tools and insights to boost performance.
- Gather market intelligence and support medical education efforts.
- Collaborate on RFPs and pricing strategies.
- Contribute to sales training programs and support national and regional conferences.
- Travel up to 30% within Canada; hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Mississauga office.
- University degree required; MBA a nice bonus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within healthcare or medical devices.
- Experience in Orthopaedics and understanding of the Canadian healthcare system.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, able to juggle multiple projects, proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial.
- Fluency in English and French is a strong asset.
