Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Our client, a leader in their industry and located in Mississauga, is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and providing exceptional service in resolving billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding past due invoices via phone and/or email Research, investigate, and resolve billing and collection issues in a timely and professional manner Process credit card payments accurately and securely Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to address account discrepancies Perform various administrative tasks related to collections as required

Qualifications:

Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently Able to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
