Role Overview
Seeking a junior to intermediate Process Engineer to drive automation, continuous improvement, productivity optimization, and capital equipment projects in a manufacturing environment (metal products preferred). Ideal for a recent Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering graduate (Co-op included) or 1–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency

• Develop and implement automation strategies and productivity initiatives

• Create equipment specifications, support procurement, FAT, and vendor coordination

• Develop KPIs, ROI tracking, and capital expenditure documentation

• Support ERP integration and manufacturing data accuracy

• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• 0–3 years manufacturing experience (metal manufacturing an asset)

• Solid Works and CAD required

• PLC programming an asset

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
