* Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-native platform components (operators, controllers, CRDs) supporting multi-cluster and multi-cloud deployments
* Own end-to-end platform features: CI/CD/Git Ops pipelines, infrastructure as code, release automation, and cluster lifecycle tooling
* Enable self-service developer experiences: service templates, onboarding flows, developer portals, and catalogs
* Integrate and operate AI/ML platform capabilities: model packaging, model registry, serving/inference, GPU scheduling, autoscaling, and lifecycle pipelines
* Build observability for both microservices and models (metrics, logging, tracing, model performance and drift detection)
* Embed platform security and supply‑chain controls (RBAC, secrets, vulnerability scanning, SBOMs)
* Produce and maintain runbooks, SLOs, and automation to reduce manual toil and improve reliability
* Lead technical designs, perform code and architecture reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional, international teams
* Support product lifecycle activities including verification, simulation, and PLM integration where applicable

**** Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select if STV)****:
